WTM is going to offer a one day retreat on April 21. What a great opportunity to dedicate one day to the practice of mindfulness and meditation. This will be a gentle introduction for those who have not spent a length of time practicing. The day will consist of alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation with guidance. There will be talks on Mindfulness and Loving Kindness and Compassion. The day will include instruction on eating meditation, body scan, walking and mountain meditation.
